Why the clock is not the first email
A credible deadline starts when the work can actually begin. If the shell plan is unusable, the tenant brief is incomplete, or feedback ownership is unclear, production time is being confused with intake time.

The first complete delivery window begins after full payment and sufficient inputs are confirmed. We agree the start and delivery date, time and time zone. A preliminary call is optional when the brief is already clear.

What can reset timing
A materially changed program, new shell geometry, additional scenarios, delayed feedback, or expanded deliverables can change the confirmed date. Planora re-scopes those changes explicitly.

How to prepare before kickoff
Gather the shell plan, approximate area, headcount, room list, critical adjacencies, known constraints, and target decision date. A short, complete brief is more useful than a long, ambiguous one.
