Start with the delivery portal for visual review, or open the PDF report and slides directly. A public portal address has not yet been assigned. The ZIP is a backup of the documents, media and editable files. Its PDFs, images and film open independently. The ZIP contains project documents, media, editable models and slide fonts. The hosted portal and its source code are not included. The 3D viewer is accessed through the portal.

Office Model.blend: Blender 4.5 LTS or newer. Packed Cycles visualization scene with the complete architectural interior, custom finishes, lighting setups and cameras. The architectural interior presents the space without scanned human figures.

Office Model.glb: full-mesh visualization geometry in meters. Office Viewer.glb contains the same geometry with Draco compression for the browser. The ceiling and urban context are omitted to reveal the interiors. Materials are simplified for real-time display. These are visualization models, not measurement certificates.

Office Model.ifc: IFC4 geometry in meters, including the detailed frames, trim, cabinetry finishes and glass doorway shown in the visual model. It contains building and furniture assemblies plus finish details and 17 spaces. People are excluded. Room quantities retain their concept-model boundary basis; gross suite area is 8,000 ft². No costs or construction program are embedded in this shared model.

Editable slides use Space Grotesk. The font and its license are included. Opening with a substituted font can change line wrapping. PDF slides preserve the intended layout.

Native model and drawing
Office Model.rvt: Revit 2027. Native walls, rooms and source families are retained. The model includes finish components and an open door in its illustrated position. Mesh components can be selected, moved and replaced; they are not fully parametric families. Thirteen doors and eighteen rooms are included.

Office Layout.dwg: genuine AutoCAD 2018-format drawing exported from the furnished Revit plan. Model-space units are feet, with organized architectural layers. The source view is at 1:60; set the required paper-space plotting scale when creating a sheet. Overall dimensions confirm the 100 x 80 ft suite. Review annotations and re-export the drawing after model edits; the DWG is a drawing snapshot, not a live link to Revit. No external drawing references are required.

The Revit model and DWG were opened in their native Autodesk applications. Revit reported no model warnings and the AutoCAD drawing audit reported zero errors. These checks establish file readability, not construction approval or regulatory compliance.

Manufacturer furniture models are included within the project scene. Asset credits and accompanying terms are listed in Content and Rights.txt. The project is a conceptual demonstration at an illustrative Miami location; it is not a surveyed, approved or construction-ready project.
