D02 replaces D01 cost annexes: resource identification and report readability improved. Scope, quantities, unit rates, costs, field hours and schedule are unchanged.

01 Quote Summary: native grouping by resource type.
02 Quote (by Division): native division grouping.
03 Project Costs: cost detail by APU.
04 Detailed Estimate with Markup: APU and resource detail.
05 Material Summary - Like Items: material quantities, descriptions and costs.
06 Labor Hours by Folder: field person-hours by APU.
07 Project Labor Cost: field labor cost.
08 Resource Register: resource codes, descriptive names, types, full descriptions, quantities and units, grouped by related APU. This is a native report derived from All Parts (by Folder), not an external spreadsheet.

All eight XLS files are unmodified native exports. Report layouts use wider name/description columns. Descriptions can require horizontal scrolling. Codes identify estimate resource components, not universal product catalogue codes. Composite materials and unquoted provisions are identified; individual crew roles or product pieces are not implied where the estimate has no such breakdown.

Units: SF = square feet; FT = linear feet; EA = each; LS = lump sum; HR = hours. Labor HR are person-hours. Material SF/FT can represent coverage components rather than individual product pieces. Professional service hours are separately classified from field labor. See resource descriptions and related APUs.

Base total: USD 1,740,264.35. Field labor: 5,375.925 person-hours. This is an owner-side conceptual estimate, not a firm quote or construction offer. Quote is a native report title. Native Markup fields are zero because estimated third-party charges and owner reserve are explicit G/T/F/R items already included; no PLANORA construction-sales margin is added. Do not add child-resource totals to parent APU totals, and do not add totals from different reports together.

Native Excel exports are snapshots. The project ZIP preserves the recalculating native job and optional report layouts; it is not a SwiftJob. Read RESTORE.txt inside it. Scope assumptions, provisional rates, allowances, exclusions and the implementation schedule remain applicable. No fully measured graphical takeoff is claimed.
